Prof. Dr. Pranav Mishra
Director-LLDIMS, Professor-Department of Management
Dr.Mishra is an Academician with over 20 years of rich and extensive experience into Teaching, Research & Administration. He holds degrees in MBE, M.Phil., Ph.D., and UGC-NET. He has been chossen by the Indian government to serve as the MENTOR OF CHANGE for the NITI Aayog (under
Atal Innovation Mission). He also won a gold medal at his Masters. He is a graduate of the highly acclaimed IIM-Rohtak. He also happens to be a member or PAC (Provisional Accreditation for Colleges) under UGC. His work-related internship project was completed at Pepsi Co. in both teaching and research. Business Economics and Marketing are his two main interests. Several of his research papers
have been published in reputable National and International Journals. In conferences all around the country, he has delivered papers. He has a wealth of expertise working on administrative and academic projects for Academic Institutions. He has been awarded by numerous Awards and accolades. His recent awards have been in the Field of Circular Economy by Indian Circular Economic
Forum, Top Emerging Leaders by Hindustan Times, Top Academician by Purwar Achiever’s Foundation to name a few.
He also keeps being Invited as the Guest of Honour at different events, the most recent one being at the National Conference titled- Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav: NEP 2020 and Paradigm shift in Indian Education, Organised by University School of Mass Communication under GGSIPU Also, He was the special Guest at the International Conference on Digital Transformation and creating value-Vision 2047 organised by NDIM, GGSIPU. He is the author of two books and a co-author of an International book. A number of workshops and faculty development programmes were arranged by him, and he also participated in them. Also listed under his name are three patents. Additionally, he often attends courses held by Art of Living and is an avid adherent to existential philosophy.
Prof. Dr. K.K. Garg
HOD & Professor-Department of Commerce, B.COM.(H)
Professor (Dr.) K.K. Garg has been a pioneer in Business Mathematics, Operations Management & Quantitative Methods for the last three decades. With a blend of online and traditional classroom instruction, he provides students with an education that is more relevant to their lives than a textbook. He has published several research papers, including Emerald Insight Scopus indexed and ABDC, U.G.C. care presented at prestigious National & International Conferences. He has guided many research scholars in their Doctoral work and is a lifetime member of the Commerce Association & the Association of Mathematics Teachers of India.
Professor Garg is an M.B.A. in Business Management from the Institute of Productivity and Management and Post Graduate in Mathematics & Economics from C.C.S. University, Meerut.
Dr. Ashish Dubey
HOD & Associate Professor-Department of Management, BBA
With sixteen years of experience in Business and Education, Professor Ashish Dubey is the HOD & Associate Professor in the Department of Management & Commerce. He is on many committees of the institute, such as the Discipline Committee, the Examination Committee, etc.
Our students benefit from his experience as they learn about various topics, including QTOR, P.O.M., B.L., and marketing management. He is a Ph.D. as well as an M.B.A. Several of his research papers get published in national and international journals.
Dr. Sachin Kumar
Coordinator & Associate Professor - Department of commerce
Dr.Sachin Kumar is working as a Coordinator B.Com(H) and Associate Professor in LLDMIS affiliated with GGSIPU. Prof Sachin is an educator who focuses on the business world and its many subfields and is a co-author of a book on industrial economics. Outside of the University, he conducts various F.D.Ps and seminars; several scholarly journals publish his work. Aside from his PGDBM and M.A. in History, he has a PhD in Philosophy and an M. Phil.
Dr. Shikha Gupta
Associate Professor, B.COM.(H)
Dr.Shikha is the Associate Professor of Finance at the Department of Commerce, LLDIMS and co-ordinating member of the Training and Placement Cell, Research and Publication, Women Cell, N.S.S. NAAC. She has a rich experience of thirteen years in the domain of financial research and teaching. As a member of many editorial boards, her work gets recognised in leading International, U.G.C. care, and SCOPUS-listed journals.
Her teaching expertise subjects are Financial Accounting, Financial Markets & Institutions, Derivatives, Financial Modeling, Investment Banking, SPSS and Tally ERP 9 Software. She is actively involved in skill training programs on various platforms to prepare students for the corporate world. Her degrees include U.G.C. Net qualified, M.B.A., MCOM, and BCOM HONS from Delhi University, and she has earned PhD in Micro Finance.
Dr. Alka Singh

Dr.Alka is a qualified MBA in (HRD) and Ph.D. in (HRD) from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. She has published research in UGC-listed journals and presented eight research papers at various conferences/ seminars. She is dedicated and has contributed to academics in domains such as Human resource management, Organizational behavior, Labour welfare, etc. Her key areas of interest include human resource management, management theory, organisational behavior. She has participated in numerous faculty development programs, workshops, and seminars at the national and international levels.
Dr. Sugandha Agarwal

She is an Associate Professor at LLDIMS, boasting an impressive 15+ years of academic experience. With dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Commerce, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Ms. Agarwal’s influence extends across government and private educational institutions. Her distinction lies in her prolific research, with publications featured in esteemed Scopus and SCI-indexed journals. In addition to her teaching and research, she leads the BBA department’s Placement Cell, connecting students with exciting career prospects and industry leaders. Ms. Agarwal’s expertise encompasses Business Administration, Commerce, Academic Leadership, Research, and Career Development.
Mr. Abhishek Tanwar

Abhishek Tanwar is an accomplished assistant professor and guest faculty member at the University of Delhi, bringing a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the academic realm. With a robust background, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and MCOM and is UGC NET qualified. Abhishek has three years of valuable work experience, contributing significantly to the academic landscape. Currently pursuing a degree in Law to complement his expertise, he showcases a commitment to continuous learning. Mrs. Sharmishtha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management, with two years of teaching experience. She is currently pursuing her PhD from Lingyas Vidyapeeth. Mrs. Sharmishtha has completed her MBA from Amity University and holds a graduate degree from Delhi University. She has published a research paper in a listed Journal and attended a national conference sponsored by the Indian Council of Social Science Research, where she presented her paper.
Mrs. Sharmishtha is an active member of committees and also participates in extra-curricular activities. Her dedication to her students and her commitment to providing a high-quality education is evident in her teaching style, involvement in departmental events, and enthusiasm for the subject matter.
Mr. Nimish Bhargav

Mr. Nimish has corporate exposure in transformational excellence business operations and extensive research experience. He was selected as a logistics and supply chain officer at the Transport Corporation of India Limited. With an MBA from the Institute of Business Management and Research and a BBA from GGSIPU, he specialises in business analytics and operations management. Mr.Nimish strives for the overall personality development of the students at LLDIMS with a focus on PDP.

Ms. Priyanka is an M.COM degree from University Of Delhi and M.PHIL in Marketing Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. she graduated from Gargi College, University Of Delhi, where she completed my specialization in Marketing and Human Resource Management. As a UGC-NET qualified with 3 years of experience in Research, Ms. Priyanka is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Marketing from Manav Rachna University, Faridabad. She has participated in numerous faculty development programmes. Few of her research papers have also been published in UGC recognised journals.

Mr. Masroor Hasan has a BA from DU, B.PEd., and M.PEd. from Rajasthan. Judo and Kurash National Refree. He has several sporting medals. He’s a nutritionist and also teaches disaster management. In 2017-2018, he was LLDIMS’s NSS Cell programme officer.
