Dr. Ashish Dubey
HOD-Management & Associate Professor-Department of Management
With sixteen years of experience in Business and Education, Professor Ashish Dubey is the HOD & Associate Professor in the Department of Management & Commerce. He is on many committees of the institute, such as the Discipline Committee, the Examination Committee, etc.
Our students benefit from his experience as they learn about various topics, including QTOR, P.O.M., B.L., and marketing management. He is a Ph.D. as well as an M.B.A. Several of his research papers get published in national and international journals.
Dr. Sachin Kumar
HoD-Commerce & Associate Professor- Dept. of Commerce
Dr.Sachin Kumar is working as a Coordinator B.Com(H) and Associate Professor in LLDMIS affiliated with GGSIPU. Prof Sachin is an educator who focuses on the business world and its many subfields and is a co-author of a book on industrial economics. Outside of the University, he conducts various F.D.Ps and seminars; several scholarly journals publish his work. Aside from his PGDBM and M.A. in History, he has a PhD in Philosophy and an M. Phil.
Dr. Shikha Gupta
Associate Professor, B.COM.(H)
Dr.Shikha is the Associate Professor of Finance at the Department of Commerce, LLDIMS and co-ordinating member of the Training and Placement Cell, Research and Publication, Women Cell, N.S.S. NAAC. She has a rich experience of thirteen years in the domain of financial research and teaching. As a member of many editorial boards, her work gets recognised in leading International, U.G.C. care, and SCOPUS-listed journals.
Her teaching expertise subjects are Financial Accounting, Financial Markets & Institutions, Derivatives, Financial Modeling, Investment Banking, SPSS and Tally ERP 9 Software. She is actively involved in skill training programs on various platforms to prepare students for the corporate world. Her degrees include U.G.C. Net qualified, M.B.A., MCOM, and BCOM HONS from Delhi University, and she has earned PhD in Micro Finance.
Dr. Pratibha Saini

Mrs. Pratibha Saini is an accomplished professional serving as an Assistant Professor at Lingaya’s Lalita Devi Institute of Management & Science, an esteemed institution affiliated with IP University. She is a competent professional with over 9 years of teaching experience and holds the position of Assistant Professor in Department of Management. She completed her degree MCOM with specialization in Finance and Accounts from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak and qualified UGC NET in the subject Commerce. She is pursuing Ph.D from Baba Mastnath University, Rohtak. She has to her credit research papers presented and published in national and international seminars and journals. She is actively involved in mentoring, guiding as well as training the students to facilitate the teaching learning outcomes that eventually contribute to the advancement of the College teaching learning endeavours and successful placement of the students. Prior to taking up the current role in LLDIMS ,she has experience of working with many institutes of repute such as GD Goenka University, Sohna, Gurgaon etc.
Mr. Sandeep Kumar
Assistant Professor
With an excellent 11+ years of academic experience, he holds the position of Assistant Professor in Department of Management at LLDIMS and also working on various committees such as examination committee, discipline committee, etc. He holds the degree MBA with specialization in Finance and Marketing from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar and qualified UGC NET in subject Management. He has completed training in Account Department at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Pathankot. He has attended a number of UGC sponsored Workshops, FDPs and presented papers in various Seminars and Conferences (National & International).
He has also trained and inspired thousands of students for government competitive examination from various coaching platform with specialization in teaching reasoning, quantitative aptitude and general awareness. With having a good experience in teaching, he aspires to shape the future of many students. He believes education should not be limited to the youth but to everyone who shares the love of learning.
Dr. Oshin Yadav

Dr Oshin Yadav is a dedicated academician with a strong foundation in commerce and research. Holding a B.Com from MDU, an M.Com from IGNOU, and being NET qualified, she has pursued a Ph.D. from Starex University. With expertise in Marketing, Corporate Accounting and Income Tax, She has contributed to academia through research publications and conference presentations. Passionate about mentoring students, she guides research projects and competitive exam preparations. Actively involved in institutional activities, curriculum development, and faculty development programs, she strives to enhance students’ learning experiences and foster a dynamic academic environment.

Ms. Heena Mansoori is an enthusiastic and dedicated academician with a strong foundation in Commerce and Management studies. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. and has qualified the UGC-NET examination, demonstrating her commitment to academic excellence and research.

Dynamic, driven and deeply committed to academic excellence, she is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at LLDIMS and also a member of various committees such as The Transport Committee, The Training & Placement Cell. She holds the degree of Master of Commerce from the University of Delhi and qualified UGC NET & JRF in the subject of Commerce. She has attended various Faculty Development Programmes and workshops. She is also a reputed member of a professional body- The Indian Commerce Association.
She has authored various chapters for the study material of The School of Open Learning, University of Delhi. Leveraging six years of teaching at The University of Delhi, she brings a blend of innovative teaching methodologies and genuine enthusiasm for mentoring the next generation of scholars. Ms. Pooja kumari

Ms. Pooja Kumari completed her Master’s degree in Economics and subsequently qualified the UGC-NET examination in 2021, 2022, and 2024, reflecting her academic competence and subject expertise.
she worked as an Online Faculty at Delhi Bytes, where she was involved in teaching undergraduate and competitive examination aspirants, as well as developing and recording educational lectures to facilitate effective online learning. She has also served as guest teacher in DU (NCWEB).
Currently, she is serving as an Assistant Professor at Lingaya’s Lalita Devi Institute of Management and Sciences (LLDIMS), New Delhi, an institution affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. In her academic role, she actively contributes to teaching, mentoring students, and various institutional activities aimed at enhancing students’ academic and professional development.
She is also pursuing her Doctoral Research (Ph.D.) in the area of Rural Livelihoods and Women Entrepreneurship. Her research focuses on understanding the socio-economic dimensions of rural development, women’s economic empowerment, sustainable livelihood opportunities, and Presented Research paper in National and International Seminar

Ms. Eshita Kashyap

Ms. Eshita Kashyap completed her Master’s degree in Economics from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in 2022 and subsequently qualified the UGC-NET examination, 2023,2024 and 2025, demonstrating her academic excellence and subject expertise.

Dr. Saleem Javed

With over a decade of experience in the film and television industry, the move into academics was a purposeful shift one that allows for both creative exploration and a deeper engagement with the core principles of media. Currently serving as the Head of Department and Associate Professor in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at Lingaya’s Lalita Devi Institute of Management and Sciences, Delhi, the role provides an opportunity to bridge industry experience with academic insight.
Research in film studies has been undertaken to investigate the creative, technical, and cultural dimensions of cinema. A strong emphasis is placed on understanding the intricacies of the filmmaking process, which is viewed as essential to preparing students for today’s rapidly evolving media landscape.
Classroom engagement focuses on concept development from initial ideas to final production, using a blend of discussion-based, practical, problem-solving, and inquiry-driven methods. Flipped classroom strategies, collaborative projects, and co-curricular activities form the backbone of the pedagogical approach.
Efforts in digital education include the design and development of the course Introduction to Television Production and Journalism for the DTH SWAYAM Prabha initiative, along with ongoing contributions to the CEC-UGC, Delhi Centre.

Dr Kumar has been into Academics since 2011, has taught in different colleges affiliated to GGSIP University in Delhi He has supervised four PhD scholars of different universities of NCR. Dr. Sharma has a strong academic background, securing the MSc (Electronic Media & Journalism) from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, Bhopal. She has published extensively in reputed journals such as Shodh Sanchar Bulletin, Shodh Sarita, and Journal of Education, and has presented papers at national conferences on media and gender studies.

He has significant expertise in handling all stages of the software development lifecycle for dynamic web and application-based projects. His professional experience spans corporate IT training, technical consulting, and managing IT projects using industry-standard methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC frameworks.
Mr. Kumar possesses strong technical proficiency in multiple programming languages including C, C++, Java, C#, and Python. Dr.Jyoti Dahiya is the H.O.D. (Dept. of Education) at Lingaya’s Lalita Devi Institute of Management & Sciences, NAAC “A” Grade Institute(Affiliated to GGSIP University, New Delhi) and also heads the DPSE programme (affiliated with SCERT, New Delhi). She has done a comprehensive study on many educational topics, leading to her writing papers for national and international publications and has participated in various conferences and seminars. With over twelve years of teaching experience, she is the author of several books on education. She is associated with SCERT (New Delhi), NIOS, and AMERICAN PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION. As a counsellor and motivational speaker, her talks mainly focus on topics related to Education and society Environment, Gender biases and Personality Development.
