Dr. Ashish Dubey
HOD-Management & Associate Professor-Department of Management
Professor Ashish Dubey is the HOD & Associate Professor in the Department of Management & Commerce with over 16 years of experience in business and education. He teaches subjects including QTOR, P.O.M., Business Law, and Marketing Management. Holding a Ph.D. and an M.B.A., he also serves on key institute committees, and his research has been published in national and international journals.
Dr. Sachin Kumar
HoD-Commerce & Associate Professor- Dept. of Commerce
Dr.Sachin Kumar is working as a Coordinator B.Com(H) and Associate Professor in LLDMIS affiliated with GGSIPU. Prof Sachin is an educator who focuses on the business world and its many subfields and is a co-author of a book on industrial economics. Outside of the University, he conducts various F.D.Ps and seminars; several scholarly journals publish his work. Aside from his PGDBM and M.A. in History, he has a PhD in Philosophy and an M. Phil.
Dr. Shikha Gupta
Associate Professor, B.COM.(H)
Dr. Shikha is an Associate Professor of Finance in the Department of Commerce with over 13 years of teaching and research experience. She coordinates the Training & Placement Cell and contributes to Research & Publication, Women Cell, NSS, and NAAC activities. Her expertise includes Financial Accounting, Financial Markets & Institutions, Derivatives, Financial Modeling, Investment Banking, SPSS, and Tally ERP 9. She actively conducts skill development programs to prepare students for the corporate world. A UGC NET-qualified academic, she holds a Ph.D. in Micro Finance, an MBA, M.Com, and B.Com (Hons.), and her research has been published in reputed international, UGC CARE, and SCOPUS-indexed journals.
Dr. Pratibha Saini
Assistant Professor
Mrs. Pratibha Saini is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management with over 9 years of teaching experience. She holds a B.Com, M.Com (Finance & Accounts), is UGC NET qualified, and is pursuing a Ph.D. She has presented and published research papers in national and international seminars and journals. With prior experience at reputed institutions, including GD Goenka University, she is actively involved in mentoring, training, and guiding students to enhance learning outcomes and support successful placements.
Mr. Sandeep Kumar
Assistant Professor
With over 11 years of academic experience, he serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and is an active member of the Examination and Discipline Committees. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing and is UGC NET qualified in Management. He has completed professional training at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and has participated in numerous UGC-sponsored workshops, FDPs, seminars, and international conferences. He has also mentored thousands of students for government competitive examinations, specializing in Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness, with a strong commitment to academic excellence and lifelong learning.

Dr. Oshin Yadav is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce, dedicated to teaching, research, and student mentorship. She holds a Ph.D. in Commerce & Management, is UGC-NET qualified, and has earned an M.Com. and B.Com. Her expertise includes Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Income Tax, Financial Technology, Marketing, Green Finance, Sustainable Development, and Green Supply Chain Management. She has published research in reputed Scopus- and ABDC-indexed journals, authored academic books, and presented at national and international conferences. She actively contributes to curriculum development, faculty development programmes, institutional research, and academic events while promoting innovation, research excellence, and industry-oriented education.

Ms. Heena Mansoori is an Assistant Professor with a strong academic background in Commerce and Management. She is UGC-NET qualified and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. She holds an M.Com., B.Com., and B.Ed. Her areas of interest include Commerce, Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Business Studies, and Digital Transformation. She is actively involved in teaching, research, student mentoring, and academic administration, and regularly participates in conferences, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programmes to enhance her professional expertise.
Ms. Renu Singh

She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management with over 6 years of teaching experience and is an active member of the Transport Committee and Training & Placement Cell. She holds an M.Com. from the University of Delhi and is UGC NET & JRF qualified in Commerce. A member of the Indian Commerce Association, she has authored study material for the School of Open Learning, University of Delhi. She has participated in various Faculty Development Programmes and workshops and is dedicated to mentoring students through innovative teaching practices.
Ms. Pooja kumari
Assistant Professor
Ms. Pooja Kumari is an Assistant Professor with a strong academic background in Economics. She holds an M.A. in Economics and has qualified the UGC-NET examination in 2021, 2022, and 2024. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Rural Livelihoods and Women Entrepreneurship. Prior to joining LLDIMS, she served as an Online Faculty at Delhi Bytes and as a Guest Teacher at the University of Delhi (NCWEB). She has presented research papers at national and international seminars and is actively involved in teaching, student mentoring, and institutional activities, with research interests in rural development, women’s empowerment, and sustainable livelihoods.
Ms. Eshita Kashyap

Ms. Eshita Kashyap is an Assistant Professor with a strong academic background in Economics. She completed her M.A. in Economics from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and has qualified the UGC-NET examination in 2023, 2024, and 2025. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Finance from BHU. Prior to joining LLDIMS, she served as an Assistant Professor at Delhi School of Professional Studies and Research. Her research interests lie in Economics and Finance, and she is committed to teaching, student mentoring, research, and fostering analytical thinking and academic excellence.

Dr. Saleem Javed

With over a decade of experience in the film and television industry, she serves as the Head of Department and Associate Professor in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication. Her expertise bridges industry practice with academic excellence, with a strong focus on film studies, television production, journalism, and media education. She emphasizes concept development, practical learning, collaborative projects, and innovative teaching methodologies. She has also contributed to digital education by developing the Introduction to Television Production and Journalism course for the SWAYAM Prabha initiative and continues to contribute to CEC-UGC, Delhi Centre.

Dr Bharat Kumar has obtained his Educational qualification PhD, MJ (Journalism), MA (Sociology) from the prestigious Banaras Hindu University (BHU). He has actively associated with prestigious English newspaper, Hindustan Times for more than a decade. Dr Kumar has been into Academics since 2011, has taught in different colleges affiliated to GGSIP University in Delhi He has supervised four PhD scholars of different universities of NCR. Dr.Jyoti Dahiya is the H.O.D. (Dept. of Education) at Lingaya’s Lalita Devi Institute of Management & Sciences, NAAC “A” Grade Institute(Affiliated to GGSIP University, New Delhi) and also heads the DPSE programme (affiliated with SCERT, New Delhi). She has done a comprehensive study on many educational topics, leading to her writing papers for national and international publications and has participated in various conferences and seminars. With over twelve years of teaching experience, she is the author of several books on education. She is associated with SCERT (New Delhi), NIOS, and AMERICAN PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION. As a counsellor and motivational speaker, her talks mainly focus on topics related to Education and society Environment, Gender biases and Personality Development.
