Create lifelong connections with students who have common interests, goals, and perspectives.
The LLDIMS library, Prashant Kumar Memorial Library, named after Renowned Journalist Prashant Kumar, is vital to the learning experience providing the students with all the materials and services they need to improve their knowledge. The library seeks to improve the student experience by providing a physical space where students can find materials such as books, dictionaries, and encyclopedias to support university faculty and students’ curriculum and research. Our library is one of the best places for students to find answers to their questions and solve their problems, thereby improving their learning experience.
Leveraging the latest technology, the institute aims to achieve complete automation of the library. Our mission is to build a virtual network of people and resources from the institute to provide efficient and convenient access to knowledge-sharing through innovation and collaboration. And to develop tools, techniques, and processes for secure and convenient access management that will allow users to access information in electronic format from anywhere and at any time.
Student Clubs
Student clubs at LLDIMS are conceived to provide an excellent platform for introducing diverse perspectives and life experiences while they are enrolled for academic purposes. These student clubs offer limitless opportunities for student leadership and participation beyond the classroom and educational program. They significantly impact students’ transformation and holistic development as they help students get involved and find their niche on campus.
Performing Arts and Dramatics Club, Cultural Activity Club, Music, Dance, Fashion Club, Photography Club, Fine Arts Club, Rotaract Club, and Eco Club are some student clubs and societies on campus. Extracurricular activities organized regularly by these clubs teach students valuable life lessons, preparing them not only for jobs but also for the world of cut-throat competition. These student club activities are essential in determining and channeling students’ passion and interest far beyond their academic pursuits.
Student Activities
Student or campus activities are extracurricular clubs and programs specially designed to help students become more involved on campus. At LLDIMS, these activities frequently provide students with opportunities for leadership, civic responsibility, civic participation, volunteerism, and work experience.
- Academic student activities are clubs and programs specifically designed to assist students academically. For example, Language Club and Art History Club.
- Social activities at the campus seek to effect positive social change. They teach students about social problems and the value of participation. Eco Club, for example.
- Leisure and recreational clubs offer activities that allow students to connect with other students who share similar interests, interact socially and enjoy a break from the academic aspect of college life—for example, a photography club or a music and dance club.
