These Terms govern your use of the website, applications, and related online services operated by Lingaya’s Lalita Devi Institute of Management & Sciences (LLDIMS), Delhi (hereinafter referred to as “LLDIMS”, “Institute”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

“Platform” means the Institute website, subdomains, mobile applications, and any related digital services.

“Services” include programmes, admissions, academic information, training, placements, events, or any related offerings.

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement governing use of the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable Indian laws.

If you are a minor, you must use the Platform under parental or guardian supervision.

Users must provide accurate and updated information at the time of registration and consent to receive communications from LLDIMS and its authorised partners.

3. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

The Platform is intended for accessing academic information, admissions, placements, and institutional services.

Users must not:

  • Copy, scrape, or extract content without permission

  • Use bots or automated tools

  • Attempt unauthorized access or hacking

  • Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content

  • Use the Platform for misleading or competing activities

LLDIMS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content (logos, text, graphics, media, etc.) is owned by or licensed to LLDIMS and protected under applicable laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

LLDIMS processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Indian laws, including:

  • Information Technology Act, 2000

  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

Reasonable security measures are implemented to protect user data. By using the Platform, users consent to such processing.

6. Grievance Redressal

LLDIMS has appointed a Grievance Officer to address user concerns in compliance with applicable rules.

7. Payments, Fees and Taxes

All fees for programmes or services are displayed on the Platform or communicated separately.

  • Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

  • Payments must be made through approved methods

  • Refunds are subject to the Institute’s refund policy

LLDIMS is not responsible for third-party payment gateway failures.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis.

LLDIMS does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free access

  • Accuracy of third-party content

  • Specific outcomes from use of services

LLDIMS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or service interruptions.

9. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless LLDIMS, its management, employees, and affiliates against any claims arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. User Content

Any content submitted by users (feedback, testimonials, etc.) grants LLDIMS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for institutional purposes.

LLDIMS reserves the right to remove inappropriate or unlawful content.

11. Intermediary Compliance

Where applicable, LLDIMS shall comply with intermediary guidelines under Indian law, including grievance redressal and content takedown mechanisms.

12. Consumer Protection and Transparency

LLDIMS adheres to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, ensuring:

  • Transparent communication

  • Fair practices

  • Proper grievance handling

Information on the Platform should be independently verified before decision-making.

13. Termination

LLDIMS may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations or legal requirements.

14. Amendments

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Disputes will first be addressed through grievance redressal

  • Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996

  • Seat of arbitration: Delhi, India

  • Courts in Delhi shall have jurisdiction where arbitration is not applicable

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and LLDIMS.

17. Online Transactions

Users agree to comply with payment gateway terms. LLDIMS is not responsible for:

  • Transaction failures

  • Unauthorized usage

  • Technical errors by third-party providers
