Prof. Dr. Pranav Mishra
Director-LLDIMS, Professor-Department of Management
Dr.Mishra is an Academician with over 20 years of rich and extensive experience into Teaching, Research & Administration. He holds degrees in MBE, M.Phil., Ph.D., and UGC-NET. He has been chossen by the Indian government to serve as the MENTOR OF CHANGE for the NITI Aayog (under
Atal Innovation Mission). He also won a gold medal at his Masters. He is a graduate of the highly acclaimed IIM-Rohtak. He also happens to be a member or PAC (Provisional Accreditation for Colleges) under UGC. His work-related internship project was completed at Pepsi Co. in both teaching and research. Business Economics and Marketing are his two main interests. Several of his research papers
have been published in reputable National and International Journals. In conferences all around the country, he has delivered papers. He has a wealth of expertise working on administrative and academic projects for Academic Institutions. He has been awarded by numerous Awards and accolades. His recent awards have been in the Field of Circular Economy by Indian Circular Economic
Forum, Top Emerging Leaders by Hindustan Times, Top Academician by Purwar Achiever’s Foundation to name a few.
He also keeps being Invited as the Guest of Honour at different events, the most recent one being at the National Conference titled- Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav: NEP 2020 and Paradigm shift in Indian Education, Organised by University School of Mass Communication under GGSIPU Also, He was the special Guest at the International Conference on Digital Transformation and creating value-Vision 2047 organised by NDIM, GGSIPU. He is the author of two books and a co-author of an International book. A number of workshops and faculty development programmes were arranged by him, and he also participated in them. Also listed under his name are three patents. Additionally, he often attends courses held by Art of Living and is an avid adherent to existential philosophy.
Dr. Ashish Dubey
HOD-Management & Associate Professor-Department of Management
With sixteen years of experience in Business and Education, Professor Ashish Dubey is the HOD & Associate Professor in the Department of Management & Commerce. He is on many committees of the institute, such as the Discipline Committee, the Examination Committee, etc.
Our students benefit from his experience as they learn about various topics, including QTOR, P.O.M., B.L., and marketing management. He is a Ph.D. as well as an M.B.A. Several of his research papers get published in national and international journals.
Dr. Sachin Kumar
HoD-Commerce & Associate Professor- Dept. of Commerce
Dr.Sachin Kumar is working as a Coordinator B.Com(H) and Associate Professor in LLDMIS affiliated with GGSIPU. Prof Sachin is an educator who focuses on the business world and its many subfields and is a co-author of a book on industrial economics. Outside of the University, he conducts various F.D.Ps and seminars; several scholarly journals publish his work. Aside from his PGDBM and M.A. in History, he has a PhD in Philosophy and an M. Phil.
Dr. Shikha Gupta
Associate Professor, B.COM.(H)
Dr.Shikha is the Associate Professor of Finance at the Department of Commerce, LLDIMS and co-ordinating member of the Training and Placement Cell, Research and Publication, Women Cell, N.S.S. NAAC. She has a rich experience of thirteen years in the domain of financial research and teaching. As a member of many editorial boards, her work gets recognised in leading International, U.G.C. care, and SCOPUS-listed journals.
Her teaching expertise subjects are Financial Accounting, Financial Markets & Institutions, Derivatives, Financial Modeling, Investment Banking, SPSS and Tally ERP 9 Software. She is actively involved in skill training programs on various platforms to prepare students for the corporate world. Her degrees include U.G.C. Net qualified, M.B.A., MCOM, and BCOM HONS from Delhi University, and she has earned PhD in Micro Finance.
Ms. Pratibha Saini

Mrs. Pratibha Saini is an accomplished professional serving as an Assistant Professor at Lingaya’s Lalita Devi Institute of Management & Science, an esteemed institution affiliated with IP University. She is a competent professional with over 9 years of teaching experience and holds the position of Assistant Professor in Department of Management. She completed her degree MCOM with specialization in Finance and Accounts from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak and qualified UGC NET in the subject Commerce. She is pursuing Ph.D from Baba Mastnath University, Rohtak. She has to her credit research papers presented and published in national and international seminars and journals. She is actively involved in mentoring, guiding as well as training the students to facilitate the teaching learning outcomes that eventually contribute to the advancement of the College teaching learning endeavours and successful placement of the students. Prior to taking up the current role in LLDIMS ,she has experience of working with many institutes of repute such as GD Goenka University, Sohna, Gurgaon etc.
Ms. Taruna Chopra
Assistant Professor
Ms. Taruna Chopra is a qualified MBA from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University with academic excellence as a university rank holder. With a proven track record of experience in the corporate and education industries. She is one of the passionate academicians who always focuses on the holistic development of student growth and success. She is an active member of the Cultural Committee of LLDIMS and is also responsible for managing Faculty Development Programs, Conferences, Workshops, and Faculty Development Mentorship Programs. She has received a certificate of appreciation from LLDIMS for her well-managed FDP as a convenor.
She has presented her research paper at reputed universities like IIT Roorkee, MSME, the University of Mumbai, and GGSIPU-affiliated colleges. For this work, she has received a certificate of appreciation from MSME as a Best Paper Presenter. She has published papers in reputed journals like UGC Care and Peer-Reviewed Journals.
Mr. Sandeep Kumar
Assistant Professor
With an excellent 11+ years of academic experience, he holds the position of Assistant Professor in Department of Management at LLDIMS and also working on various committees such as examination committee, discipline committee, etc. He holds the degree MBA with specialization in Finance and Marketing from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar and qualified UGC NET in subject Management. He has completed training in Account Department at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Pathankot. He has attended a number of UGC sponsored Workshops, FDPs and presented papers in various Seminars and Conferences (National & International).
He has also trained and inspired thousands of students for government competitive examination from various coaching platform with specialization in teaching reasoning, quantitative aptitude and general awareness. With having a good experience in teaching, he aspires to shape the future of many students. He believes education should not be limited to the youth but to everyone who shares the love of learning.
Ms.Heena Mansoori
Assistant Professor
A dedicated Academic professional specializing in Commerce, with expertise in areas such as Management process and organizational behaviour, Corporate taxation, HRM, Principles of management and Organizational behavior.
Holds a Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) and is UGC-NET qualified, demonstrating a strong commitment to teaching excellence and research. Brings over 8 years of teaching experience, fostering critical thinking and practical skills among students. Actively engages in academic research, publishing papers in reputed journals, and participates in workshops and conferences to stay updated in the field. Passionate about mentoring students, promoting innovative learning, and contributing to the academic and co-curricular development of the institution. Dr Oshin Yadav is a dedicated academician with a strong foundation in commerce and research. Holding a B.Com from MDU, an M.Com from IGNOU, and being NET qualified, she has pursued a Ph.D. from Starex University. With expertise in Marketing, Corporate Accounting and Income Tax, She has contributed to academia through research publications and conference presentations. Passionate about mentoring students, she guides research projects and competitive exam preparations. Actively involved in institutional activities, curriculum development, and faculty development programs, she strives to enhance students’ learning experiences and foster a dynamic academic environment.

Dynamic, driven and deeply committed to academic excellence, she is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at LLDIMS and also a member of various committees such as The Transport Committee, The Training & Placement Cell. She holds the degree of Master of Commerce from the University of Delhi and qualified UGC NET & JRF in the subject of Commerce. She has attended various Faculty Development Programmes and workshops. She is also a reputed member of a professional body- The Indian Commerce Association.
She has authored various chapters for the study material of The School of Open Learning, University of Delhi. Leveraging six years of teaching at The University of Delhi, she brings a blend of innovative teaching methodologies and genuine enthusiasm for mentoring the next generation of scholars. She is prepared to inspire, challenge, and empower students to reach their full potential.
Ms. Razia Parveen

She holds the degree of M.com specialization in Human resource Management and gold Medalist in Graduation from University of Delhi and UGC NET Qualified December 2023 also holds a degree of Bachelor of Education from Indraprastha University, she has successfully completed her pedagogy internship from N. K.bagrodia Global school, Dwarka and has an experience of more them four years in tutoring students in coaching specialization in teaching Mathematics
Apart from this she drive excellence in Content writing, Editing and soft skills. In 2022 she worked as Business Development Executive in Harbour technology. She has an Industry experience as well. Dr. Saleem Javed

Having worked in the film and television industry for 10 years, Mr. Saleem Javed decided to swivel into academics. Working as an associate professor at the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at Lingaya’s Lalita Devi Institute of Management and Sciences, Delhi, he not only loves teaching but also wants to get back to the very roots of his subject matter and produce content that is ingenious and visionary for a significant
and in-depth understanding of the industry he serves.
For the same esoteric gratification, he pursued his research in films. He understands the practical needs and is convinced that understanding the intricacies and involutions involved in the filmmaking process is the need of the hour. His teaching involves a basic and advanced understanding of subjects and concept development, from the nascence stage to the final outcome, through discussion, practical learning, problem-based and inquiry-based learning in a flipped classroom, projects, and co-curricular activities. He has also developed online content for his classes and successfully created the course titled ‘Introduction to Television Production and Journalism’ for the DTH Swayam Prabha project and is contributing to the CEC-UGC, Delhi centre.

Dr Bharat Kumar has obtained his Educational qualification PhD, MJ (Journalism), MA (Sociology) from the prestigious Banaras Hindu University (BHU). He has actively associated with prestigious English newspaper, Hindustan Times for more than a decade. Dr Kumar has been into Academics since 2011, has taught in different colleges affiliated to GGSIP University in Delhi He has supervised four PhD scholars of different universities of NCR. She holds a Gold Medal for being topper in M.Phil. (Education) at Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. She earned her Ph.D. (Education) from Department of Education, B.P.S. Mahila Vishwavidyalaya, Khanpur Kalan , Sonipat ,Haryana. She has a keen interest in research. She has presented a number of research papers at National and International Seminars, Conferences organized at various parts of the country. She has published 8 research papers in peer reviewed/UGC-CARE journals. She has also written 3 book chapters in the field of education.
